Awakening God's Light Through the Feet Chakras: Becoming a Conduit of Divine Energy

During a recent Holy Fire® meditation, I was shown a powerful teaching by Yeshua that completely shifted my understanding of the feet chakras and their role in energetic healing.

Most spiritual practitioners understand the feet as grounding centers. They connect us to the Earth, stabilize our energy, and help us remain present in the physical world. What I was shown, however, was that the feet are much more than energetic roots.

They are also transmitters.

The feet are both receptors and givers of energy.

As I sat in meditation, I was shown what appeared to be an intricate energetic web stretching across the Earth. It resembled a vast network of interconnected pathways made of light. Every person, place, emotion, and experience seemed to contribute to this energetic web.

Some areas appeared clear and flowing.

Others appeared congested.

I was shown how a quiet park might have a much lighter and more spacious energetic network, while a crowded grocery store could appear dense with overlapping thoughts, emotions, stress, worries, conflicts, and energetic residue from hundreds of people moving through the space each day.

Many sensitive individuals unconsciously pick up these energies.

They walk into a room and feel anxiety.

They enter a store and suddenly feel overwhelmed.

They notice emotional shifts that seem to come from nowhere.

What Yeshua showed me was this:

What if we stopped only receiving energy and began consciously transmitting God's light into these energetic networks?

What if we became active participants in healing the energetic field around us?

Through intention, prayer, and the activation of the feet chakras, we can become conduits through which Divine Love enters the world.

The Feet Chakras as Gateways of Divine Transmission

The feet chakras are energetic centers located on the soles of the feet. They connect us not only to the Earth but also to collective energetic grids and networks.

When awakened, they can function like spiritual outlets through which healing energy flows into the spaces we walk.

Imagine each step becoming a blessing.

Imagine every place you stand receiving an infusion of Divine Love.

Imagine helping dissolve energetic congestion simply through your presence.

This practice is not about forcing change.

It is not about manipulating energy.

It is about becoming a willing vessel for God's Light to flow where it is most needed.

Activating the Chi Within the Feet

Before sending energy, we first awaken the life-force energy within the feet.

This process helps activate the chi, increase circulation, and bring awareness into the energetic pathways located on the soles of the feet.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Remove your shoes and socks if possible.

Take several slow breaths and set the intention:

"I invite God's Light to awaken within my feet and activate the pathways of Divine Love and healing."

Point One: The Great Awakener

The primary point I was shown is located on the cushion beneath the big toe bone.

This fleshy area just below the base of the big toe serves as a powerful energetic gateway.

Place your thumb gently on this point.

Visualize a brilliant golden light gathering beneath your thumb.

Imagine the light growing brighter with every breath.

Spend 2–5 minutes focusing on this area.

You may apply gentle circular massage movements if that feels comfortable.

As you do, imagine dormant energy awakening and beginning to flow throughout the foot.

Allow the point to soften and open.

Many people notice warmth, tingling, pulsing, or subtle energetic movement.

Point Two: The Center of the Sole

Next, move your attention to the center of the foot.

This area is often associated with grounding, vitality, and the movement of life-force energy through the body.

Apply gentle pressure.

Visualize a sphere of golden light expanding outward from the center of the sole.

Spend another 2–5 minutes breathing into this point.

Imagine every breath feeding the golden flame within the foot.

Allow the energy to spread throughout the entire sole.

Point Three: The Heel Gateway

Finally, bring awareness to the center of the heel.

The heel acts as an anchor point and often stores dense energetic residue from daily life.

Using light pressure, massage this area in slow circles.

Visualize golden light penetrating deeply into the heel.

Imagine any stagnant energy dissolving and being replaced by Divine Light.

Remain here for 2–5 minutes.

Feel the entire foot becoming energized, awake, and alive.

Testing for Activation

After spending time on all three points, perform a simple awareness exercise.

Take the back of your hand and place it against the sole of your foot.

Notice whether you feel a temperature difference.

Does the foot feel warmer?

Can you sense heat radiating outward?

Do you notice tingling or subtle energetic movement?

Many people report a noticeable increase in warmth after activating these points.

If you can perceive this energetic shift, you are ready to begin sending.

Sending God's Light Through the Earth Grid

Once both feet feel activated, place them flat on the floor.

Close your eyes.

Visualize golden light filling the soles of your feet.

Allow this light to grow brighter and brighter.

Then imagine streams of golden energy flowing from your feet into the energetic networks beneath you.

See the web of consciousness stretching outward in every direction.

Wherever there is congestion, stress, fear, conflict, sadness, or heaviness, allow God's Light to gently flow.

There is no need to direct it intellectually.

Simply trust Divine Intelligence.

You may silently pray:

"May God's Love flow where it is needed most."

"May all beings receive the highest good."

"May Divine Light restore harmony and peace."

Remain in this state for several minutes.

Imagine every breath amplifying the transmission.

You are not giving away your personal energy.

You are allowing Divine Energy to move through you.

Advanced Practice for Reiki and Energy Practitioners

For experienced Reiki practitioners and energy workers, this technique can become even more powerful.

You may choose to activate specific Reiki frequencies before sending.

Practitioners may work with:

• Cho Ku Rei for amplification and power

• Holy Fire® energy for purification and healing

• Dai Ko Myo for spiritual illumination and awakening

• Other symbols or frequencies aligned with their lineage and training

You may also set specific intentions for a location.

Perhaps a hospital needs comfort.

Perhaps a school needs peace.

Perhaps a city requires emotional healing.

Allow your intuition to guide you.

You may even experiment with different colors of light.

While various colors may have unique effects, the color consistently shown to me during this experience was gold.

Gold appeared to represent Divine Consciousness, unconditional love, wisdom, and God's presence moving through the collective field. Gold also reconstructs, and can strengthen or charge intention to the field of energy.

Walking as a Blessing

One of the greatest realizations from this teaching was that healing does not always require a treatment room.

Sometimes healing occurs in the grocery store.

Sometimes healing occurs while standing in line.

Sometimes healing occurs while walking through a neighborhood.

Every place you go becomes an opportunity to radiate Divine Love.

Every step becomes a prayer.

Every footprint becomes a blessing.

The next time you find yourself in a crowded environment, remember that you do not have to simply absorb what is there.

You can become a beacon.

You can become a transmitter.

You can become a living conduit through which God's Light enters the world.

This sacred practice was shown to me by Yeshua during a Holy Fire meditation as a reminder that Divine Love is always seeking pathways through which it can flow.

May your feet become one of those pathways.

May your presence bring peace wherever you walk.

And may every step you take become an expression of God's Light upon the Earth.
