Channeled Three Holy Flames Meditation
The Meditation of the Three Holy Flames
A Sacred Practice for Awakening Divine Presence Within
There are moments on the spiritual path when the soul longs to return home, to remember its connection to the Divine, to rest in the presence of God, and to become a living temple of sacred light.
This meditation is a devotional practice designed to calm the nervous system, awaken the heart, and invite the Holy Spirit into the body, mind, and soul through the activation of the Three Holy Flames. I recommend doing a fast for 2 days prior to this exercise and on the day of this exercise. 3 days total fast. A liquid fast of freshly made juices and water is good as well. Remain free from alcohol, substances, and sex for a full effect prior to doing this meditation. Remember to listen to your body, or consult with a doctor if needed to do this safely. A good time to begin the fast is on a Friday through Sunday. Sunday being the actual day for this meditation.
Allow yourself 15–20 minutes in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
Preparing the Temple
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.
Allow your body to soften.
Release the tension in your shoulders, jaw, and belly.
Let your hands rest comfortably in your lap and gently close your eyes.
Bring your awareness inward and prepare yourself to enter sacred communion with God.
Step One: Breath Regulation
Begin with Yuji Breathing, an equal rhythm designed to bring the body into coherence and stillness.
Inhale for 8 counts
Exhale for 8 counts
Continue this breathing pattern for several rounds.
With each breath, allow your nervous system to settle.
Allow your thoughts to slow.
Allow your heart to become quiet.
As your breathing deepens, softly repeat:
“Eenana, Eenana, Eenana, I AM... I AM... I AM..."
Let these words become a sacred remembrance of Divine Presence.
Feel yourself calling upon God and opening yourself to receive divine grace.
Remain here until you feel calm, centered, and present.
Step Two: Heart Center Awareness
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Imagine resting your consciousness directly inside your heart.
Do not force anything.
Simply observe.
Then repeat slowly:
"I call upon the holy flames of the sacred heart."
Repeat three times.
"I call upon the holy flames of the sacred heart."
"I call upon the holy flames of the sacred heart."
"I call upon the holy flames of the sacred heart."
As you speak these words, imagine a warm golden flame igniting within your chest.
Allow it to glow softly.
Feel its warmth spreading throughout your entire being.
Step Three: Activating the Three Holy Flames
The sacred flame within the heart now begins to multiply into three divine currents of light.
Each flame serves a unique purpose in the awakening of the soul.
The First Holy Flame
The Flame of Divine Sight
Say:
"I call upon the first holy flame and ask it to enter thy temple."
Visualize a radiant flame rising from your heart and moving upward into the center of your head where the third eye resides.
See this flame glowing with divine intelligence and sacred wisdom.
Pray:
"Oh Divine God, allow me to see the truth, and even in times of uncertainty, to never turn away and know Your hand is in mine upon this path. Keep my mind always on the truth and help me recognize all that is perishable."
Sit with this flame for a few moments.
Allow it to illuminate your thoughts, perceptions, and understanding.
This flame represents divine sight; the ability to see God in all things and align your perception with eternal truth.
The Second Holy Flame
The Flame of the Sacred Heart
Say:
"I call upon the second holy flame and ask it to enter thy temple."
Allow this flame to remain within your heart center.
See it growing brighter and stronger.
Feel its warmth expanding throughout your chest.
Pray:
"Divine God, grant me mercy and compassion and allow me to see mercy and compassion for others. Grant me humility and let me be of service to You."
Rest in this prayer.
Allow the heart to soften.
Allow judgment to dissolve.
Allow compassion to arise naturally.
This flame is the covenant of the heart. It represents love, humility, forgiveness, and sacred service.
The Third Holy Flame
The Flame of Divine Presence
Say:
"I call upon the third holy flame and ask it to enter thy temple."
Guide this flame downward into your lower energy center.
Feel it anchoring deeply into your body.
Feel it grounding you into the present moment.
Pray:
"Oh Divine God, Your throne is the only one I seek. Please draw away my fear and let me always have a place in Your house."
Allow yourself to receive these words.
Feel fear dissolving.
Feel safety returning.
Feel yourself welcomed into Divine Presence.
This flame represents embodiment, belonging, security, and the remembrance that you are never separate from God's love.
Step Four: Invocation of the Holy Spirit
With all three flames activated, pray:
"Father, let the holy flames purify, cleanse, and invite the Holy Spirit into my body, my mind, and my heart. Amen."
Imagine the three flames becoming brighter.
See them purifying every cell, every thought, every emotion, and every memory.
Allow yourself to become a vessel for divine light.
Step Five: Sacred Name Activation
Now softly repeat:
"Hashem... Hashem... Hashem..."
Allow the sacred name to resonate throughout your being.
Feel the three holy flames harmonizing.
Mind.
Heart.
Body.
Becoming one unified field of divine presence.
Notice a golden current flowing through all three centers.
Feel yourself becoming aligned with God.
Not striving.
Not seeking.
Simply remembering.
Step Six: Integration and Stillness
Sit quietly for several moments.
Do not rush.
Allow the experience to settle naturally.
Observe any sensations that arise:
Warmth
Peace
Expansion
Clarity
Love
Stillness
There is nothing to force.
Nothing to achieve.
Only presence.
Only communion.
Only God.
As you prepare to return to your day, offer a final prayer of gratitude.
Thank the Divine for the gift of life, breath, wisdom, and love.
Carry the Three Holy Flames within you as a living remembrance that the temple of God is not separate from you; it lives within you.
May your mind be guided by truth.
May your heart be guided by compassion.
May your life be guided by Divine Presence.
Background:
In the sacred language of Aramaic, the word Eenana means "I Am" or simply "I." What is remarkable is that I had no prior knowledge of this before it was received during meditation and prayer. The same was true of the word Hashem, which I began hearing clairaudiently before understanding its meaning. The word Hashem, which means 'The Name' in Hebrew, is a reverent way of referring to God.
For me, these experiences became a reminder that spiritual insight can sometimes emerge before intellectual understanding. Only later did I discover the meanings behind the words that had arisen spontaneously within my awareness.
While Eenana linguistically means "I" or "I Am," I have come to experience it as something more a sacred remembrance of being. The embodied soul that walks through earthly life, and the divine breath that animates it. In prayer and contemplation, Eenana becomes not merely a statement of identity, but an acknowledgment of the living presence of God within.
When spoken with intention, it can serve as a reminder that we are both human and divine in origin, an embodied soul carrying the breath of the Eternal. In this sense, "I Am" becomes a sacred affirmation of existence, presence, and union with the Divine. Thus, making the use of these words very powerful during this meditation and the activations of the flames.
